FRAUD PREVENTION AGENT WITH FRENCH AND ENGLISH

p>We are looking for a Fraud Prevention Agent with High Level of French and an Excellent level of English to join an American multinational technology company whose products includes smartphone, tablet, computer, personal computer, portable media player, smartwatch, digital media player, and home smart speaker.

The Fraud Prevention Agent will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Analysing orders that appear to be fraudulent 
- Deciding if the orders will be processed or cancelled
- Identifying criminal activity by discovering trends and flagging emerging issues
- Calling customers to obtain necessary details regarding their activity
