We are hiring talents to join our team supporting clients, with responsibilities such as:
-Communicating through chat & phone with subscribers
-Answering how-to questions about payments, invoices and other services
-Troubleshooting technical issues using your problem-solving skills
-Assisting customers with product functionalities
YOUR TASKS:
- Provide optimal advice regarding different queries of the business clients;
- Create a meaningful rapport with key decision makers in the marketing industry and serve as a consultant for their online advertising strategy;
- Understand the business goals of your clients in order to match the required online advertisement solutions;
- Provide strategic campaign support to educate your clients;
- Achieve strong customer satisfaction with a focus on quality and results.
Requirements:
-Native of Dutch (min C1)
-Fluent level of English (min. B2)
-Interest in digital technologies
-No experience needed but would be an asset
-Excellent communication skills
CONTRACT:
-Initial contract with a duration of 12 months, permanent after 2 years (or 1 renewal)
-Private health insurance after contract signature (additionally to the standard insurance).
