Twoje zadania :
- Sprawdź, czy operatorzy transportu traktują wszystkich pasażerów zgodnie z ich prawami.
- Zrozumienie wyjątkowych sytuacji klienta i kontynuacja postępowania z jego roszczeniami prawnymi.
- Manage legal claims with different actors with lawyers, legal officers and national enforcement bodies to properly asses the customer’s claiming foundations
Our expectations:
- EU citizenship or a residence permit in Portugal
- You speak native Dutch (C2)
- You speak English (B2)
- You are living in Lisbon or ready to move there
- You like interacting with people
We offer:
- Full time employment
- Shedules: Monday to Friday 7:30 to 5:30 (40h per week)
- Work in the company office in Lisbon - Oriente
- 6 months fixed-term contract with possibility of extension

- Competetive salary and bonus system:
- 1000 € gross x 14 months up to 175€ performance bonus/month
- Meal allowance23 € NET per day
