CUSTOMER CARE AGENT WITH HIGH LEVEL OF GERMAN

p>We are looking for a Customer Care Agent to work for a leader multinational company, which offers innovative solutions for smart homes and cities and connected industry and mobility.
This person will be responsible for thorough research, case management and careful process documentation and also to answer customer inquiries by email and telephone.
Excellent level of German and good communication skills are essential for this position.
