CREATE WORDPRESS THEME

Create a styled WordPress theme that copies an existing website style. We are converting from a javascript based site to WordPress, but want to keep the styles. The existing site uses dynamically generated CSS, so this cannot be directly copied. The site is https://www.primary.app. Responsive behavior to be the same as the current site. Copying across existing content is not required beyond demonstrating the various layouts are possible.
