Beyond the specific know-how in Sybase, Red Hat, HortonWorks, Elastic and Couchbase technologies, we develop products and services in the following multi-platform key areas: Mobile Solutions Business Intelligence, Information Management Solutions & Big Data Development & Integration Red Hat, JBoss & Linux Solutions Profile: Education level of Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Computer Engineering or similar; Proficiency in Oracle Database; Experience in Production Support; Good Level of English. We value: Understanding of the ITIL norm and practices; Understanding of Object-Oriented Programming; Knowledge of HTML; Key Responsibilities: Provide support for the Applications on a daily basis as part of a transversal Service Delivery Team in a follow the sun approach; Monitoring of the applications assuring system Availability and SLA; Be able to solve any first level queries / issues that arrive during Support; Ability to investigate as well on 2nd level issues, understanding the origin of the problem; Be able to divide and properly communicate any 3nd level (out of SD perimeter) requests to Analysis Team for posterior investigation and correction; Propose optimization solutions.
