- Solely in charge of our KPIs' and continuous improvement (w/ 1 assistant).
and single approver of all FR efficiency claims.
- Independently create & deliver all our training material, analysis and specific reports, to guide Portfolio Managers & People Managers.
- Confcall & report on our KPIs & revenue to Europe Delivery Manager.
- Metrics thorough reporting to Managers & FR Director.
- Crisis management with process reengineering for a bank.
- Back-up of 18 PM (since Feb ’17), a Portfolio Manager (from Oct ’17),
and my Manager (ad-hoc).

our past-due recruitment processes from >40 cases to <5,
our administratively late implementations from >20 to >5,
and our administratively failed projects rate from >15% to <25%.
