Inc. Business based on transportation, logistics, billing and reporting
across the organization.
1. Support of the internal applications across the business in
different technologies: Silverlight, VB.NET, Windows
Forms, MVC, MVVM, SQL, Biztalk, CrystalReports
2. Used Agile framework – Scrum methodology. At support
management ITIL is used.
3. Analysis and design of fix, enhancements and refactoring
of current applications
4. Primary of dev support team (usually in a team of 4 to 7
co-workers, both in Portugal as in the US)
5. Daily work with a multicultural organization – US, UK,
