Office administrative assistant

-Working Remotely from Portugal (Setubal) since June 2018 to England
- Quality Management System Representative - Responsible to update the QA system from regulation ISO 9001:2008 to ISO 9001:2015 which was audited in June 2018 and was approved without non-conformances.
- Develop and execute the company’s business strategies in order to attain the goals of the board and shareholders;
- Provide strategic advice to the board and shareholders;
- Prepare and implement the business plans to facilitate achievement;
- Ensure company policies and legal guidelines are communicated all the way from the top down in the company and that they are followed at all times;
- Delegate responsibilities and supervise the work providing guidance and motivation to drive maximum performance;
- Create project plans, deliverable, and timelines to meet customer needs;
- Oversee staff development and training;
- Active role in the recruitment process;

- To manage and assist staff and their duties necessary to ensure efficient team working;
- To deal directly with clients;
- To act as project lead, managing the project from start to finish, including programming, resourcing, cost control as well as technical delivery;
- To assist junior staff;
- To assist other project leads, as required;
- Prepare outline and detailed scheme designs for road construction and surface and foul water drainage;
- Prepare Flood Risk Assessments including deal with EA and LLA to prepare the best technical solution;
- Hydraulic modelling using Micro-Drainage and HEC-RAS software;
- Prepare estimates of future work for incorporation in proposals;

- Carry out site inspections and surveys;
- Prepare outline and detailed scheme designs for road construction and surface and foul water drainage;
- Prepare Flood Risk Assessments including deal with EA and LLFA to prepare the best technical solution;
- Hydraulic modelling using Micro-Drainage and HEC-RAS software;
- To deal directly with clients;
- To assist project leads, as required;
