- Development of activities related to the budgeting/quotation process of new projects;
- Interpretation and analysis of quotation requests from customers in the portfolio and potential customers;
- Prospecting of different suppliers: raw materials, tools (molds), painting, inserts, components for packaging - market study, costing, request for quotation;
- Preparation of price sheets (internal and adapted to the format of each customer), price formation;
- Monitoring of adjudicated projects (conditions agreed, preparation of consumption forecasts maps, preparation and issuance of orders to suppliers, costing of awarded projects - agreed investment costs);
- Development of orders in PHC software accordingly to the investments costs agreeded for each project;
- Organization of tables in Excel to simplify the data (For example: raw material increases monthly, the data of each piece for better evaluation of the budget, among others).
