Twoje: zadanie
- Pomaga klientom kanałami (e-mail lub telefon) z zastosowaniem i profesjonalnym.
- Wspieranie uprawnień w zakresie zarządzania rezerwacjami, anulowaniami i uprawnieniami z rozliczeniami
- Przyciąganie poprzez udzielenie odpowiedzi na pytania dotyczące odbioru samochodu i różnych sposobów ich stosowania, poprzez wykorzystanie informacji o tych usługach w celu zaspokojenia potrzeb klientów.
- Zbieraj informacje od nowych klientów i wstawiaj je na platformę.
Nasze oczekiwania:
- Obywatelstwo UE lub drugie na pobyt w Portugalii
- Znasz biegle język niemiecki (C2)
- Mówisz po angielsku (B2)
- Chcesz pracować z domu w północnej Portugalii
- Lubisz kontakt z człowiekiem
Oferujemy:
- Zatrudnienie w centralnym
- Czas pracy: poniedziałek - piątek - 7:00 - 20:00, sobota - 8:00 - 16:00, niedziela 8:00 - 17:00, 2 rotacyjne dni wolne (5 dni w tygodniu, 8 godzin dziennie)
- Praca z domu w dzielnicach: Braga
- Umowa o staż na czas nieokreślony z 3-miesięcznym okresem probnym
- Procesy rekrutacyjne online
- Konkurencyjne wynagrodzenie i system premiowy: 1010 € brutto x 14 miesięcy do 120 € premii za wyniki/miesiąc + dodatek transportowy 20 € miesięcznie + dieta 7,23 € NETTO dziennie
- Uzyskaj ubezpieczenie po 6 miesiącach
