Then this opportunity is for you!  Your responsibilities and impact as Fraud Prevention Agent will be:Backoffice is the core of the role.Handling Inbound Calls from customers replyingto a callback request that we have sent to them is mandatory.Working in a back-office environment with customer satisfaction in mindSpecialists perform Outbound Calls whenever applicable to clarify further information with customers. Skills, qualifications and interests you need to succeed in this role:Native Dutch speaker with a good level of EnglishVery good accuracy and attention to detail, understanding that small details can make the biggest difference.Proven ability to work and make decisions with minimal supervision.Excellent written and verbal communication skillsAs this job is directly related to order volume, flexibility is required and will occasionally involve overtime work. What’s in it for you?Type of contract: a long-term fixed term contract, renewable every yearWorking hours: full time (40h/week)Monday to Sunday, availability to work between 7am - 00:00, 8 hours a day (plus one hour for lunch/dinner), on a rotational schedule Salary conditions (*) – 2 options:Including free accommodation (shared flat, all bills included): 1040€ gross/monthExcluding accommodation: 1298€ gross/month For international candidates:Reimbursement of your initial flight expenses after 3 monthsHelp in paperwork, opening bank account, etc. upon your arrivalFree Portuguese lessons, cooking classes, sports activities, and social events organized by the companyReal career opportunities in different career paths(*) Compensation during training period if successful (10 days): 42.72 euros per day What should you expect from living in Lisbon?A colourful city view and a rich cultural historyPros of living in a European capital on a budgetDelicious Portuguese cuisine and famous cafe cultureFriendly people, good vibes and a happy-go-lucky urban lifeWarm climate all year and a sunny beach life next to the AtlanticA large English-speaking local community and international environment Your Future Company:Located in Lisbon, you will find a company that takes care of you from your career development, language skills, accommodation and to your social integration.
