The ideal candidate will have an entry level of experience in the field.
Key Responsibilities.
- Data Entry.
You will be responsible for inputting, updating, and maintaining data in our systems.
- Email Management.
The virtual assistant will assist in managing my inbox, categorizing emails, and responding to routine inquiries.
- Web Scrapping.
You'll conduct research online, gather necessary data, and provide reports.
- Cold Calling.
I need someone who can make outbound calls to potential clients and follow up on leads.
This is a long-term engagement, requiring a minimum of 20 hours per week.
The tasks may evolve over time, and the successful candidate will be proactive in offering suggestions for improvements and taking on new responsibilities as needed.
Experience in these tasks is not mandatory, but the willingness to learn and grow with the role is crucial.
Ideal Skills and Experience.
- Proficiency in data entry and email management.
- Basic understanding of web scrapping techniques and tools.
- Good communication skills for effective cold calling.
- High level of professionalism, reliability, and attention to detail.
