Depending on how effective the individual is, there is an opportunity to expand to 20 hours a week after 90-days.
Their set of responsibilities will include, but is not limited to.
- Providing comprehensive administrative support - Effectively managing emails and scheduling tasks - Handling phone calls and professionally dealing with inquiries - Working during business USA business hours (can be any time zone) Proficiency across a broad range of common office tools, virtual meeting software and CRM platforms will be viewed favorably.
While no specific industry knowledge is required, general adaptability and the ability to learn on-the-fly will be crucial.
Flexibility, strong operational skills, and excellent communication form the ideal skill set for this role.
We will provide adequate training and are looking for someone hungry to succeed in this role.
