The scope of work includes.
- Inputting data provided through both uploaded files and manual entry - Demonstrating great accuracy and attention to detail while performing this task - Ensuring high quality through thorough review and correction of work as necessary The desired format for the output will be discussed as per project requirements.
Ideal skills for this job.
- Prior experience in data entry roles - Proficiency in handling different data types - Exceptional attention to detail - Familiarity with various data entry software tools will be a plus.
We need a well organised person to help add properties to our new MLS system.
Some properties will be new developments which includes finding out prices about all their available units.
Other documentation will need to be added like property media, features, contact details and documentation.
The vast majority of this is already saved to upload.
As prices and availability change all the time with properties, once updated, the prices will need to be kept up to date.
