As a Technical Support Agent, you'll play a vital role in addressing escalated customer inquiries, complaints, and issues associated with products and services for a well-known entertainment brand.
Your main responsibilities will include investigating complex cases, providing timely resolutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction while adhering to company policies and standards.
Your responsibilities as a Technical Support Agent will include.
* Addressing escalated customer inquiries, complaints, and technical issues related to products and services.
* Conducting thorough investigations into escalated cases, analyzing data, and identifying root causes for appropriate solutions.
* Communicating with customers via phone, email, or chat to understand concerns and deliver timely resolutions.
* Making informed decisions based on company policies, product knowledge, and customer needs.
Skills, qualifications, and interests needed for success in this role.
* Native-level proficiency in German and a minimum C1 level of English.
* A valid Portuguese work permit (required).
* Living in or willingness to relocate to Lisbon for an international career and life experience.
* Motivation and commitment to perform assigned tasks effectively.

850EUR gross per month, along with a 50EUR tech bonus, a 200EUR language bonus, and a 120EUR performance bonus.
Additionally, a loyalty bonus of 300EUR will be provided every three months.
