What are you going to do? Ensure the efficient operation, maintainability, and scalability of applications; Offer technical assistance to users; Monitor and address incidents while adhering to application Service Level Agreements (SLAs); Maintain communication and collaboration with platform operators regarding incidents and requests; Coordinate and oversee the resolution of maintenance requests to successful completion; Manage and oversee the technical implementation process as requested; Contribute to platform testing efforts; Update operational-specific documentation such as reference documents and knowledge bases; Define non-regression and technical test cases and oversee their execution; Challenge business requests and prioritize technical concerns for users; Define solutions for technical challenges; Lead the implementation of solutions, coordinating tasks, plans, and validations; Develop and update documentation as needed; Contribute to communicating about activities related to the role; Support continuous improvement efforts by sharing knowledge and enhancing efficiency; Report to the Head of the Front Sector; Ensure compliance with engineering standards and security protocols.
What are we looking for? Degree in Computer Engineer or related; +4 years experience in a similar position; Good knowledge of Windows and Linux (mandatory); Proven experience with VMWare and Cloud (Azure/IBM); Strong skills with Excel and VBA; Solid experience with SQL and PL/SQL; Experience with agile methodologies, ITIL, ServiceNow and Jira; Good Interpersonal and communicational skills; Written and verbal communication skills in English and French (≥B2, mandatory).
