As a System Engineer with a focus on ZTE systems, you will be responsible for the installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of ZTE network systems with a focus on CORE and VAS Services.
You will work with a team of engineers and other stakeholders to ensure seamless network operations and support our clients' evolving needs.
OUR ROLE Installation and Configuration.
Install and configure ZTE network equipment and software, ensuring that the system is set up according to design specifications and industry standards.
ystem Maintenance.
Perform regular maintenance activities, including software updates, firmware upgrades, and system backups, to maintain the stability and security of ZTE systems.
roubleshooting.
Identify and resolve technical issues related to ZTE network components, providing technical support to internal and external stakeholders as needed.
ocumentation.
Keep comprehensive records of system configurations, maintenance activities, and troubleshooting processes for future reference.
lient Support.
Serve as a technical resource for clients, providing guidance and resolving issues related to ZTE equipment and software.

Collaborate with other engineers, network architects, and project managers to ensure successful integration and implementation of ZTE systems.

Ensure that all activities comply with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements, focusing on data security and system integrity.
YOUR PROFILE Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or a related field.
+ years of experience as a System Engineer, with significant experience working with ZTE network systems.
olid knowledge of telecommunications technologies, network protocols, and systems architecture.
roficiency with Linux/Unix operating systems and scripting languagesStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressureExcellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
xperience with ZTE Systems, software and hardware.
elevant certifications (e.
., Redhat Syst Admin, or similar) are preferred.
