Apoio ao Cliente – Contact Center Descrição.
– Receção de chamadas no Serviço de Apoio ao Cliente (atendimento via telefone); – Informação, esclarecimento e apoio nas questões apresentadas pelo cliente.
Perfil.
– Experiência em atendimento telefónico em linhas de apoio ao cliente – Contact Center – Capacidade de comunicação e empatia; – Sentido de responsabilidade e resistência ao stress; – Proatividade, dinamismo e assertividade; – Conhecimentos de informática (ótica do utilizador); – Disponibilidade imediata.
Oferta – Contrato de Trabalho; – Vencimento Base + Subsídio de Alimentação + Subsídio de Férias e Natal; – Seguro de saúde Horários de Trabalho.
Compreendido entre as 09H e as 20H de 2ª a 6ª Local de Trabalho.
