Senior Salesforce Software Engineer – Lisbon Capgemini Portugal is currently looking for a Senior Salesforce Software Engineer to join one of the world’s most prestigious and innovative companies in the luxury industry.

ResponsibilitiesPropose and develop custom solutions on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and other programming languages and frameworks.
articipate in complete application life cycle from technical design, architecture, development, testing, and deployment of high-quality salesforce solutions using coding best practices.
our client-centric mindset allows you to identify and recommend creative solutions to build extensions to the out-of-the-box capabilities of the platform.
uide the development team to a successful setup and ensure they follow the best practices.
ommunicate and collaborate with other technical resources like architects, admins, configuration experts, and stakeholders regarding status, risks, and any technical issues.
nderstand dependencies and anticipate regressions on the platform.
ctively participate to the Agile ceremonies and give constant updates of the evolution of the development of features in the sprint.
nsure functional and technical health of features developed by your peers by cross-testing among the development team and being involved in all test phases.
elp the support team troubleshoot and deliver quality solutions to bugs raised in production..
cademic BackgroundBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology or Computer Science or equivalent experience.
Skills & Experience5+ years of experience in in Salesforce development, ideally with exposition to call centre solutions.
alesforce certifications (Salesforce Developer 1 and 2, Service Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Administrator, Superbadges)Strong technical knowledge of Salesforce products (ability to investigate and debug issues)Proficiency in programming languages and frameworks relevant to Salesforce development (e.
., Apex, Java, JavaScript).
xcellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
trong knowledge of Agile methodology.
Experience with Jira and Confluence suitable.
