OUR ROLEWe are looking for a talented Senior Project Manager to join our teams in Lisbon.
n this role you will be responsible for.
ormalizing status and reporting to internal project and client stakeholders;Identifying and managing risks;Tracking, recording and monitoring service KPIs and SLAs;Applying good service management practices;Identifying improvements;Day-to-day management of the team and the service.
