Responsável experiência de apoio ao cliente; Despistar e resolver questões técnicas dos clientes, e escalá-las quando necessário; Promover atividades de progressão, knowledge sharing, coaching técnico e mentoring; Liderar ou participar na criação de comunidades com colegas com funções de delivery.
Perfil.
Formação Superior na área das Tecnologias de Informação; Experiência profissional superior a 4 anos em Engenharia de Segurança ou Segurança na Administração de Sistemas (endpoint security, server security e análise de ameaças); Experiência de suporte a grandes e complexos ambientes empresariais geograficamente distribuídos; Fortes conhecimentos em Cloud (segurança, networking e migração de multi-cloud ou deployments híbridos); Bons conhecimentos em SO Windows e/ou administração de Azure Active Directory; Fluência em Inglês; Capacidade e gosto pelo trabalho em equipa; Excelente capacidade de troubleshooting; Excelente capacidade de comunicação; Boa capacidade de organização e gestão do tempo.
