Engage with stakeholders and ensure compliance with regulations.
Collaborate effectively with internal and external parties.
Deliver change orders within scope, time, and budget constraints.
Skills.
Expertise in SAP HCM UK & Ireland Payroll, configuration, and testing across HCM modules.
Strong client relationship management and communication skills.
Ability to identify and resolve issues collaboratively.
Commercial awareness and proficiency in MS Office.
Requirements.
SAP experience in ERP HR and Payroll.
Excellent SAP HXM/HCM product knowledge.
Experience in support ticket handling and workload management.
Strong operational knowledge of HR and Payroll, especially in UK legislation.
Familiarity with SuccessFactors is advantageous.
