- Customer Data Management and Reporting.
The software should include a feature for managing customer data and generating comprehensive reports.
UI and Integration.
- Customizable Dashboards and Reports.
A user-friendly interface with customizable dashboards and reporting capabilities is essential.
- Integration with Existing Systems and Tools.
The software should seamlessly integrate with our existing systems and tools.
Maintenance & Support.
- 1-Year Support.
The developer is expected to provide 24/7 technical support during the 1-year maintenance period.
- Training and Documentation.
