We are currently looking for SAP Basis/Functional resource for a TSM TSM Role Description.
Technical Service Manager (TSM) is a critical role from SAP ECS organization who acts as a trusted advisor in the safeguarding and optimization of customers SAP landscape in RISE.
TSM governs customer relationship management from a technical perspective while advocating for the customer and bringing the power of ECS to enrich customer experience.
TSM works with the customer to provide quality services and resolve technical complexities throughout the entire lifecycle of the customer in RISE.
Requirements.
Primary contact for the customer regarding technology discussions Escalation points for technical issues for the ECS customer landscape Understand the customer business, goals, and challenges to suggest solutions/innovations.
Advise customers on technical requirements, constraints, and support in all sorts of technical situations (Incl.
IT critical situations) Primary technical point of contact for CDMs Identifies and positions services that deliver value to customer from existing ECS portfolio.
Work with internal ECS delivery units to derive the services requested by the customer.
Solid know how on SAP BASIS, HANA, and Infrastructure Understanding of private cloud environment & technologies (eg.
hyperscalers, etc) Strong customer service focus Good analytical and solution-oriented thinking Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills Should be able to own, lead and co-ordinate operational tasks, customer escalations, etc.
Understanding on network and load balancers Able to articulate technical details to non-technical audience.
- English C2 Location will be Lisbon, Braga or Coimbra and the working model will be hybrid.
Candidates must be living in Portugal.
