Responsibilities.
Supporting and dedicated to one Group Sales Manager (US Market) with all administrative related functions; Supporting Sales Manager with in person or on the phone communication with clients; Elaborating proposals, RFP’s, coordinating site inspection/amenities, fam trips, reservations and any other related functions supporting the Sales Manager.
Profile.
Candidate must be highly organized with an ability to deal with multiple responsibilities and multi task in a fast pace environment; Candidate must be skilled in all areas of communication and must possess strong interpersonal abilities; Strong attention to details; Preference someone who is already a Senior Sales Assistant or Sales Manager (experience 2 to 5 years); English language (written and spoken fluent) is a must and for local communication, Portuguese.
