- **Requirements:** I need a professional who can provide me with sound advice and recommendations on various legal aspects of my SaaS system, including.
- Ensuring that my online lead gen website complies with all privacy policies - Drafting comprehensive terms of service that protect my interests as well as those of my users - Implementing strategies for intellectual property protection to safeguard my proprietary assets.
Ideal candidates for this project would have a solid background in both SaaS consulting and legal expertise in end user license agreements, privacy policies, terms of service and intellectual property law.
