Responsibilities Receiving telephone calls from clients wishing to obtain various types of information concerning their insurance policy.
Redirecting phone calls to staff internally.
Calling customers whose request may not be clear or to update them about their policy status.
Handling clients requests.
policy changes cancellations claims updating payment details; will be processed via a transaction in our client policy administration system and/or by the writing and sending of reply letters/emails information contract documents etc.
to the insured.
Indexation & electronic archiving in our document management tool.
Your Profile Fluent in Romanian Working proficiency in English Excellent communication skills coupled with empathy and team spirit.
Previous experience in Customer Service.
Previous experience with inbound and outbound calls email and backoffice tasks is a plus.
For nonEU residents it is mandatory to have a valid work permit.
