om/ Job Description Job Summary •    R&D projects management on polymer fibre extrusion and industrial textiles;  •    Focus on specific development projects, related both to products and processes; •    Support the broader R&D team in selected projects; •    Support Quality and Manufacturing in complaint and problem solving; •    Support Commercial team with technical sales activities.
Job Duties Participate in the execution of product development projects; Manage R&D projects by stage gate process; Translate client demands into technical specifications; Report and archive progress and conclusions; Draft technical specifications and supporting technical data for marketing and literature; Create specifications according to standards and input; Final approval of processing parameters of new products and SKU’s; Follow-up tests, trials and R&D productions; Special circumstances.
operate in manufacturing environments, in the vicinity of running machines and chemical materials;  Organization and control of documentation related to each project; Search, study and archive new literature related to rope technology; Participate in conferences, workshops and seminars related to the industry; Define and/or execute testing on competitive materials and alternative technologies; Reporting and analysis on competitive intelligence; External orientation.

BS or MS Polymer Science or Materials Science Years of relevant work experience.
Preferably worked as R&D engineer or process engineer in textile and/or polymer processing plants Language proficiency.
English (fluent) Travel authorizations.
