This project involves creating a a similar program similar to the one that I am using now.
- Real-time Scheduling.
This feature should allow customers to book their appointments online and provide automatic reminders prior to their scheduled appointments.
Additionally, real-time updates on our field service technicians' availability needs to be visible and updated constantly.
- Integration with Service Monster API.
The new program must seamlessly connect to the Service Monster API which is used for managing our field service techs.
- Unique Design.
This project requires a new and unique design.
Feel free to unleash your creativity to make the user interface intuitive and modern while ensuring functionality.
Coding expertise, versatility in designing, and a problem-solving mind-set are the desired skills for this project.
Experience with the Fittlebug program or similar scheduling software will be a plus.
You must be meticulous since every functionality matters.
Looking forward to collaborating with a tech and design-savvy developer to build this project from the ground up.
