WHAT IS ONEWEB? In this position your would be joining our OneWeb team, but what is OneWeb?  In the Area of Mercedes-Benz OneWeb & Mercedes Me Home, we create customer experiences for the Web and App channels.
We focus on the entire customer journey by using platform solutions that enable our customers’ different touchpoints across cars, products and services around the car With our products such as the Mercedes-Benz Worldwide Website (OneWeb), Car Configurator, Online Test-Drive Booking and the Mercedes Owner Area “Mercedes Me Home” and many more, we are building a seamless and luxurious experience for our customers.
IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL Be the Product Owner and the main stakeholder contact for one of our products Work closely with your agile team, participating in sprint activities and ensuring that the team delivers effective customer solutions Have end-to-end responsibility for improving the product within your team’s mission Work cross-functionally with architects and engineers to improve the development experience for Mercedes-Benz Develop a deep understanding of our customers, their pains and their needs Work data-driven, collecting information and systematically analyzing user feedback Align with your team on goals and KPIs and execute the product roadmap based on an objectively prioritized backlog Decompose complex problems into clearly articulated objectives TO SUCCEED YOU NEED Strong sense of accountability and ownership Understanding of technical concepts or having a technical background Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English A self-sufficient working attitude and strong analytical skills in order to reflect the priorities of product development while making trade-offs between decisions transparent Ability to work independently in a result-oriented way Experience working with digital products and technical teams To motivate and inspire a cross-functional team in incremental and validated growth YOU WILL BE HAPPY WITH Open source software No top-down hierarchy.
