What you will do in this role As a Customer Service Agent, you will.
Give customer support by handling customers’ questions and concerns about the product/service and therefore helping them with their needs.
In essence, you will take good care of the customers.
Manage all different types of inquiries generated online, via app, chat and email, in a non-voice process.
Take an active role in providing excellent and nimble customer service experience and seek continuously for initiatives to improve the overall customer experience.
Your qualifications Concentrix is a great match if you.
Are proficient or bilingual in Portuguese and have an independent level of English (minimum B2) Have prior Customer Service Experience - is mandatory (minimum 6 months) Have the ability to effectively communicate, both written and verbally Are skilled in multi-tasking & working under pressure It will be a plus if you.
