Controlling costs and optimizing processes.
Supporting project leaders with financial analysis and coordination.
Developing internal tools for improved reporting and forecasting.
Preparing and presenting industrial reports and variances.
Analyzing labor, spending, and inventory for optimal manufacturing.
Conducting planning and re-estimation activities.
Perfil ideal Master's Degree or equivalent in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
2 to 4 years of experience in comparable roles.
Proficiency in IT tools such as SAP, Excel.
Fluency in both English and Portuguese (mandatory).
Demonstrated integrity, resilience, proactivity, and initiative.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
