PERFORMANCE TEST LEAD CONSULTANT

Position Description.
6+ Years of Experience Responsibilities.
Member should have the following qualifications.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Years of experience in performance testing for IT projects, preferably in a leadership role.
• Proficiency in performance testing tools such as LoadRunner, JMeter, or similar.
• Strong understanding of performance testing methodologies, techniques, and best practices.
• Hands-on experience with performance monitoring and profiling tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve performance issues.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments is a plus.
• Relevant certifications such as ISTQB Certified Tester, Certified Performance Testing Professional (CPTP), or similar are desirable.
Main Responsibilities.
• Lead the planning, design, and execution of performance testing efforts for each Project Phase.
• Develop performance test strategies, test plans, and test scenarios based on project requirements.
• Design, implement, and maintain performance test scripts using industry-standard tools.
• Execute performance testing activities including load, stress, endurance, and scalability testing.
• Analyze test results and identify performance bottlenecks, system limitations, and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with E2E Process Team and Transversal Team to optimize application performance and resolve performance issues.
• Communicate test findings and recommendations to project stakeholders, including management and technical teams.
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members on performance testing best practices and methodologies.
• Be Hyperaware on emerging trends and technologies in performance testing and share knowledge within the team.
