ET   Overview INL is seeking a highly qualified, self-motivated software developer to join the Application & Development team, within the Information and Communication Systems Office.
Job Duties Having the optimisation of the INL internal processes in mind, the job duties will be the following.
Participate in the design, development, implementation and maintenance of software application with great relevance in web applications using the Outsystems platform; Perform daily departmental activities, such as helpdesk, infrastructure support and administrative tasks.
Mandatory Qualifications Education Degree or MSc in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or any other related field.
Experience At least 3 years of experience in similar functions.
Technical Skills Proficiency in Outsystems platform (certification is valued); Experience in standard Web technologies.
HTML, CSS and JavaScript; Experience in SQL, namely Microsoft SQL Server; Knowledge in Net programming languages (ASP.
ET, C #).
Other Skills Excellent communication skills in English are required since it’s the working language of INL.
Preferred Qualifications Relevant experience in Outsystems platform; Experience in Primavera ERP integrations will be very positively evaluated.
Personal Skills Strong motivation to work both independently and as part of a team in an interdisciplinary environment, with the ability to pay close attention to detail and to meet deadlines; Good team spirit; Proactive; Problem solving attitude.
