? About the position.
Join us as a Freelancer On Demand Designer to bring clean solar energy to Mexico! Work with our Operations team and play a critical role in achieving Bright’s goals by aligning the Operations team with the company's priorities.
You'll be responsible for ensuring the best customer journey for customers in the approval phase by creating fast designs for all of our potential customers.
? We’re looking for someone who.
Has the following skills.
- Detail oriented.
Can identify all possible obstacles that can affect our system’s production.
- Organization.
Be able to deliver all the information needed according to tour standards.
- Dependable.
Be able to focus on deadlines and deliverables on the time needed (Service Level Agreement).
- Communication.
Be able to communicate effectively with your other team members.
- Spatial Perception Skills.
Can identify with images the location where they were taken (to correctly position the obstacles and our system on the client’s roof).
- Desirable.
Has 1 year of experience with 3D modeling software.
? Your tasks and responsibilities will be.
Photovoltaic design creation.
- Warranty the accomplishment of Bright quality standards in designs.
- Ensure design creation on time according to our Service Level Agreement.
- Ensure quick response time even as the amount of work varies.
? Your Key Results will be.
At Bright we operate on the OKR system pioneered at Intel and used widely at Google and many tech companies.
For this specific role, your Key Results (upon which your success will be measured) is.
- OKR1.
Ensure 100% of design requests are delivered on time, depending of the design type.
- OKR2.
Keep an average of monthly score according to quality, response time, and correct submission evaluation.
- OKR3.
Keep a rejection ratio below 5%.
