The app should be able to perform the following functions.
- **Monitoring MySQL Database**.
The application should constantly monitor my MySQL database and detect when a new record is created.
- **WYSIWYG Template Management**.
There should be a feature that allows me to manage various WYSIWYG templates.
These templates would be used to generate dynamic PDFs based on the new records in the database.
- **PDF Generation**.
Upon detecting a new record, the application should automatically generate a PDF based on a selected WYSIWYG template.
Naming convention based on filed in processing record.
Option Password added to pdf.
I would like the application to be user-friendly and easy to navigate for non-technical users.
It is essential that this application runs efficiently on a Windows platform.
Ideal Skills & Experience.
- Proficiency in Desktop Application Development - Strong MySQL and Database Monitoring Skills - Experience with WYSIWYG Template Management - Previous experience in PDF generation applications - Knowledge of Windows Application Development Additional Notes.

The resulting PDF must be stored in up to 2 locations (one maybe a unc path with username and password required) f.

PDF will have a custom header / footer and pagination preferable.
