As we expand our operations, we are seeking talented individuals fluent in French, Spanish, German, and Italian to join our Content Moderation team in Lisbon.
Position Overview.
As a Multilingual Content Moderator, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the quality and integrity of online content across multiple platforms.
Your primary responsibility will be to review user-generated content in French, Spanish, German, and Italian languages, ensuring that it complies with platform policies and community guidelines.
Additionally, you will be tasked with identifying and removing sensitive or inappropriate content to uphold a safe and respectful online environment.
Responsibilities.
Review user-generated content in French, Spanish, German, and Italian languages to ensure compliance with platform policies and community guidelines.
Identify and remove sensitive or inappropriate content, including but not limited to hate speech, graphic violence, and adult material.
Provide timely and accurate responses to user inquiries and reports regarding content moderation decisions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize moderation processes and workflows, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging issues in content moderation to enhance the effectiveness of moderation efforts.
Qualifications.
Fluency in French, Spanish, German, and Italian (written and verbal) is essential.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accuracy in a high-volume content moderation environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle sensitive content with professionalism and empathy.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced work environment.
Familiarity with online content moderation tools and platforms is preferred but not required.
Previous experience in content moderation, customer support, or related fields is advantageous.
