Each piece of inventory will be tagged with an asset barcode, so that I can track where each piece is and when it was sold at what price.
Also need to be able to generate a barcode in a query and report.
See [login to view URL] Each week, inventory will be scanned, and a report generated to figure out variations between physical stock and what the system says.
Inventory dashboard and reports like aging, velocity etc.
Sales Should be able to create a customer from the sales order screen.
Sales order will be created using customer master and product master.
When order is saved, Reduce stock based on asset code.
Update sales totals to customer master once sales order is save/closed.
This will be a yearly total based on the date when the sales order is saved.
Some item level details will be copied to the asset table when the order is confirmed.
Bring up a print screen Send pdf of the sale order if a customer email is available.
Administration Need Log-in and user management and security protocols based on used profile.
Sample data will be provided to help with the development and testing efforts.
