your role defined your mission.
as a marketing manager, your mission is to drive millions of fans to our creators’ accounts.
key responsibilities.
strategic top-level work (the deep work) 1.
develop tailored strategies for new creators.
lead the creation of custom marketing strategies for each new creator on the platform.

build marketing systems that work.
you’ll be in charge of connecting different no-code tools (such as coda.

leverage data-driven insights.
use data analytics to inform decisions and improve marketing effectiveness.

stay updated with the latest marketing tech in marketing.

excellent communication and interpersonal skills nice to have.

experience in hiring and developing marketing personnel behavioural characteristics.
