Descrição da oferta de emprego
O profissional a recrutar terá como principais responsabilidades.
- Atendimento telefónico a clientes/mediadores/parceiros sobre assuntos relacionados com os seguros (como apólices, participação de sinistros e semelhantes); - Esclarecimento de dúvidas; - Assegurar o tratamento de situações pendentes; - Execução de tarefas de BackOffice; Requisitos.
- Habilitações literárias mínimas ao nível do 12º ano (obrigatório); - Experiência pessoal/profissional/escolar em seguros (ramos vida e não vida) (preferencial); - Experiência em contact center (preferencial); - Destreza informática; - Gosto por o atendimento ao cliente; - Dicção cuidada e formal.
Oferta Contratual.
- Formação inicial e contínua - remunerada online e presencial; - Oferece-se Salário Base + Subsidio de Alimentação + Prémios de Produtividade; - Subsídio de férias e natal pagos na totalidade em junho e novembro, respetivamente; - Seguro de Saúde; - Projeto de continuidade, com perspetivas de evolução e reconhecimento profissional.
Horário de Trabalho.
- Segunda a sexta-feira – 08hh30 ou 09hh00 ou 10hh00.
Local de Trabalho Torres de Lisboa - Laranjeiras - Lisboa (sede ManpowerPortugal) e Teletrabalho.
