Italian Speaking Customer Service Advisors - Remote based - 6 month contract Lisbon, Portugal EUR per year including allowances Our client based in Lisbon recruiting for Italian Speaking Customer Service Advisors to work from home anywhere within mainland Portugal.
Candidates must already live in Portugal already and be able to start 29th May if successful.
Collaborate with various departments such as sales, operations, and finance to ensure orders are processed accurately and in a timely manner.
Provide product information, pricing, availability, and order processing assistance to customers.
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
Maintain a high level of product knowledge and continuously update knowledge on new products and services.
Escalate any unresolved issues to the appropriate channels and follow up to ensure timely resolution.
Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as compliance regulations.
Provide feedback to management on customer trends, issues, and suggestions for improvement.
Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards customers at all times.
Strive to exceed customer expectations and provide a personalized experience for each customer interaction.
Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes, tools, and customer satisfaction metrics.
Candidates must speak Italian Native level and ideally have previous customer service experience
