Your role as a Content Moderator.
Review content (text, visuals, applications,) to ensure content complies with client’s policies and regulations Ensure all content includes current and relevant information Monitor content to protect users from harmful and destructive images and information Respond to all incoming enquiries with empathy, accuracy and in a timely manner Maintain a high level of quality in each case that you review The position is fully on site in Lisbon, Portugal.
Requirements.
High School Diploma Fluent proficiency in required language Good level of English.
B2 Working schedule shifts.
8am- 5pm, 2pm-11pm,11pm-8am) Experience in text editing, revision, or digital content analysis is an advantage Organized individual with great decision-making and analytical skills Strong attention to detail and ability to follow well established guidelines Ability to work in fast paced environment and willingness to learn and develop Team player with a great attitude and computer skills Motivated and with a positive attitude Benefits.
