This includes coordinating incident responses with Regional stakeholders and the Group security team while maintaining the security confidentiality integrity traceability and regulatory compliance of information systems and data.
Primary Responsibilities.
Implement regional and Group IT security policies and directives.
Provide updates to the Region and Group on local context such as Data Privacy and Regulation.
Raise awareness among management and users regarding IT security risks and existing security measures.
Ensure proper implementation of policies and procedures by stakeholders.
Coordinate lead and support the deployment of Global and Regional security solutions.
Identify gaps in policies and MinimumSecurity Baseline (MSB) and report them.
Assessing IT security risks and exposure involves.
Evaluating security aspects of business projects to ensure security principles are applied.
Assessing risks threats and potential impacts of IT requests.
Contributing to mitigation actions and assisting in supplier assessment and contract drafting.
Monitoring implementation of internal and external audit recommendations.
Operational protection of Information Systems includes.
Communicating security communications and ensuring appropriate actions are taken.
Participating in patching and vulnerability management processes.
Assisting in the deployment of Proof of Concepts (P.
.
s.) for solutions evaluated for Regional or Group use.
Assisting in the design and collection of relevant KPIs and dashboards for security aspects.
Managing security incidents involves.
Implementing security incident response procedures aligned with Group security directives.
Qualifying security incidents and coordinating responses.
Involving and escalating incidents to relevant stakeholders locally and at the Group level.
Leading postincident reviews for process improvements.
Actively contributing to the global security community includes.
Sharing experiences with peers.
Leading and supporting security activities outlined in global and regional security roadmaps.
Profile Requirements.
Minimum 5 years of experience in IT Security/cybersecurity.
At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Ideally certified in CISA CISSP ISO /ISO ISO LI/LA NIST CSF COBIT CMM ITIL.
Experience in managing IT security incidents.
Understanding of security process design cloud infrastructure enterprise architecture and security technologies.
Strong understanding of GDPR requirements and relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
Analytical mindset with a structured approach.
Resourceful and dynamic communicator promoting security principles.
Collaborative and productive mindset working with multicultural populations and external stakeholders.
