YOUR ROLE As a Network Integration consultant, your day-by-day goal will be to improve overall network performance to our customers.
Your key activities will be, including but not limited.
e responsible for wireless deployment methods design, automation, implementation, acceptance test, technical management and risk control according to customer requirements.
ooperate with project team to meet with customer for clarifying requirements, making technical discussion and wireless solution design, make pilot tests.
repare and provide necessary technical documents for customer, such as High-Level Design, Low-Level Design, Test Report, etc.
roubleshooting for complicated wireless problems, identify bottlenecks, and solve the customer wireless method/tool issues with the help of Huawei TAC and R&D team.
rovide technical training to use wireless methods to customers and partners.
e responsible for the achieving customer Key performance indicators about method development (successful pilots, automation level, amount of tool/method issues, number of incidents related to method issues, productivity improvement related to the developed methods).
YOUR PROFILE Degree in Telecommunications Engineer or similar;4 years or more wireless engineering experience;Deep knowledge about wireless networks with proven practice experience;Good understanding about Radio Access Networks 2G/3G/4G/5G NSA and SA;Experience on configuration, troubleshooting of wireless technical problems;Tools.
know-how in Huawei OMC; XML;Background in communications theory and RF basics, broad knowledge of other wireless technology such as NB-IoT, VoLTE, WCDMA and GSM;Proven experience in legacy technologies such as 2G/3G/4G including their main E2E features;Know-how in the Mobile Network lifecycle and processes (modernization, swap, roll-out, etc);Portuguese and English knowledge is mandatory;Multi-vendor knowledge is a plus (Nokia, Ericsson);Knowledge in Open-Ran protocols is a plus;Knowledge in BI, Data Processing, SQL and Scripting (ex.
python) is a plus;Troubleshooting for complicated wireless problems.
