About the role Our People Services team, composed of 48 people, is integrated in the Human Resources department and focuses on providing operational support to employees in collaboration with HR representatives and stakeholders.
As an HR Operations Specialist, you will work on solving technical problems regarding strategic HR processes, propose improvement ideas for the processes and deliver solutions to the required HR requests to support employees, managers and the HR family.
You will get the opportunity to contribute to the high level service standards and have a positive impact on the business and employee day -to-day queries.
You will be accountable for.
Improve HR processes Analyze and solve non complex issues.
Update databases with information provided by internal customers.
Check integrity/validity of data and authorization of information providers.
Follow up, collaborate and communicate with HR peers and stakeholders to ensure employee’s satisfaction We offer a 9 months fixed-term contract based on hybrid working mode.
About you Relevant education degree in Human Resources or equivalent.
Relevant work experience working in an HR administration environment would be a plus.

While the portuguese base pay reasonably expected for this role is € to €, your salary may ultimately be higher or lower based on your skills and experience.
