Descrição Supervises a team of management controllers Ensures monthly closing tasks and reporting to the group, ensuring the reliability of the presented information and adherence to defined timelines Prepares the budget and monthly variance analyses, reporting to the group Analyzes financial and business indicators related to the group's operation Coordinates the consolidation of group reports Ensures the development of financial analyses to support decision-making on strategic and investment-related matters Perfil ideal Degree in Management, Economics, Accounting, or a related field 10 years of experience in controlling roles, preferably in an industrial and multinational context - experience in reporting to headquarters is valued Background in team management Fluent in English Excellent ability to engage with different teams and stakeholders, promoting a culture of collaboration and mutual support Great attention to detail, with a strong sense of commitment and focus on results Proactive and dynamic attitude Vantagens The opportunity to join a solid, growing group.
