Descrição As Guest Relations Manager - Lisbon your main responsibilities will be.
Proactively pitch stories, arrange interviews, and secure media coverage to promote key events, menu launches, and other noteworthy initiatives; Develop engaging and compelling press releases, articles, and other written materials to communicate our brand story effectively; Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to generate visually appealing content for various platforms; Plan and execute press events, grand openings, and exclusive tastings to generate buzz and media coverage; Coordinate with event vendors, influencers, and media attendees to ensure seamless execution; Work closely with the social media team to align PR efforts with online presence; Monitor and engage with social media conversations, leveraging opportunities to enhance the brand's online reputation; Develop and implement crisis communication strategies to address any potential negative publicity promptly; Serve as a spokesperson for the company in times of crisis, providing accurate and timely information to the public and media; Working as a hostess whenever necessary in the restaurant.
Perfil ideal Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or related field (not mandatory); Proven experience in guest/public relations, preferably in the restaurant or hospitality industry; Strong written and verbal communication skills in portuguese and english, knowledge of a third language is valued; Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously; Creative thinker with the ability to generate unique and impactful PR/Guest Relations ideas; Experience in managing relationships with external partners to develop strong partnerships; Familiarity with social media platforms and their role in PR campaigns; Availability to work without fixed hours.
