It is the primary responsibility of the Group Housekeeping Manager to control, monitor and maintain the daily operations of the Housekeeping department at groups 2 hotels.
The Group Housekeeping Manager ensures that all internal and external guests’ expectations are met with excellent service in a timely manner.
The Group Housekeeping Manager will ensure consistent delivery of service to all guests in accordance with Hotel’s Standards.
She will perform various tasks and ensure that all duties are to be performed in keeping with departmental and policies, practices and procedures of the Group.
