Our needs are vast, as such, expertise in AWS, SQL, React, Django, Flutter and other relevant technologies is strongly desired.

We seek an experienced Full-Stack Development Team to finalize critical functionalities and prepare for future mobile app development.
This remote contract opportunity may lead to a full-time hire based on performance.
Project Overview.
College Recruit Pro is in a soft deployment phase, needing significant enhancements in backend integration and UI/UX design.
We are set to integrate complex datasets involving U.

colleges and athlete statistics through a digital interface, with the next phases focusing on mobile development and further UI/UX enhancements.
Responsibilities.
Finalize Backend.
Solidify backend functionality using AWS, Django, and PostgreSQL to handle complex data integrations.
UI/UX Enhancements.
Implement a modern and visually appealing design to improve navigation, user flow, and streamline the registration process.
Emphasis on an elegant and professional aesthetic.
Mobile Development.
(To be initiated in later stages) Develop mobile applications for iOS and Android using Flutter, enhancing user accessibility and engagement.
Prepare for AI Integration.
Set groundwork for future AI feature integration, focusing currently on enhancing platform stability and performance.
Required Skills.
AWS Infrastructure Expertise.
Strong capability in managing AWS services including S3, RDS, and CLI.
Database Management.
Proficient in PostgreSQL.
Web Development.
Expertise in Django for backend and [login to view URL] for front-end server-side rendering.
Mobile Development.
(For later stages) Experience with Flutter.
Project Management.
Experience in managing large-scale development projects with a high ability to interpret and act on feedback.
Qualifications.
